The Mohall Public School's official mascot is the yellow jacket. This picture is of the yellow jacket. The school bell is the head of the bee. Notice the orange eyes and the orange stripes in the wings on each side. The tail (unseen here) is loaded with yellow flowers like the tip of the head is (bottom of photo). In the book, Inspirational Terracing, you will see the overhead view of this design taken from the rooftop of the whole bee design.

A symmetrical terraced entrance to this historical landmark in a city park (Kenmare, North Dakota) creates a guide path that visitors follow as they visit this unique windmill, built by Danish immigrants around 1902. It was used to grind grain into flour, an important aspect of early farm life in the state.
